Revolutionizing Caravans As We Know: Mobi Nomad's Innovative Ideas

Hey travelers, the Brisbane Caravan & Camping Show is pretty much under wraps.

Fortunately, not only did we visit and explore what’s the latest with everything caravanning, but we took full advantage! From that, we discovered an incredible product, with impressive designs and an innovative team that mesmerized us with their craftsmanship.

Introducing Mobi Nomad, born in Africa and bred in Australia. A family-owned and run business that’s been in operation since 2019. The legendary story starts with a family seeking comfort when camping in off-grid locations without sacrificing luxury.

That’s where they found a gap in the market and created, Mobi Nomad. Which, according to critics has been nominated a hybrid van of luxury, with off-road capabilities, that’s affordable and has a convenient size and weight for towing.

The range of Mobi Nomad can be described as a CARACAMPER, a solid-roof caravan that has all the conveniences and features of a camper-trailer. The vans feature a full-sized island, a generously spacious ensuite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the following:

  • Cast iron pots
  • Pans
  • Cutlery
  • Crockery
  • Glasses
  • Cups & mugs
  • And a wine cellar

The vans are rated as fully off-road capable. The ATM of the vans is 2000kg, meaning that it can be towed by almost any tow vehicle. It has an aerodynamic shape, which helps out with towing convenience and helps save a bit more money on fuel.

To put it mildly, the Mobi Nomad stands out as an out-of-the-box concept that’s been an absolute hit in Australia, to the point that stock is being sold-out.

To sum it all up, a key takeaway from the Brisbane Caravan & Camping Show was the team behind Mobi Nomad. The cherry on the cake was how friendly the team was.
If there were a rating system for the shows, would give the team 10/10 for their product and service.

Hopefully, we can do a review of one of their vans in the near future! Let us know in the comments if that’s something you’d like to see.

Until we meet again, thanks and happy caravanning!

I would love to see a review video of the Continental to get a better idea of how the interior looks and its overall usability

So they dont have insulation?

@WillSyk65 blow this up and maybe they’ll let us!

@jaunray44 from my vague knowledge it’s a solid composite with no foam within the walls, roof, or floors which makes it so light. Will need to fact check this though

The fold-out table is nice! What it reveals is GREAT, the level of organisation of the utensils is probably one of the best I have seen.
